Paul R. Leonard is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of international managerial and executive experience across diverse industries, including energy, medicine, timber, materials science, and manufacturing. With a track record of leading projects from inception to commercialization, he has successfully co-founded two Canadian technology companies, secured over $3 million in private investments, and established key partnerships with government and industry stakeholders across North America, Europe, and India. His expertise spans technical and economic analysis, contract negotiations, intellectual property strategy, and market expansion. A former US Army 12th Special Forces Group (Airborne) team commander, Paul brings a disciplined, focused, and adaptable leadership style to fluid and dynamic environments.
